3 Notable Fantasy Stars from Steelers vs. Colts
Now that Thanksgiving day football is done and over with, MFST will take a look at 3 Steeler players who dominated from Thursday’s victory over the Colts who were without Andrew Luck.
Le’Veon Bell, Pittsburgh Steelers
Week 12 Stats: 23 Carries, 120 yards, 1 Touchdowns; Week 12 Stats: 3 Receptions, 22 yards
Le’Veon Bell continued his dominance, as he recorded 142 total yards against the Colts in week 12. Bell caught 3 passes for 22 yards, and carried the ball 23 times, for 120 yards. Bell also punched in a 5-yard score in the first quarter, which marks as his 3rd consecutive game with a rushing touchdown, and second consecutive 100+ rushing game of the season.
Antonio Brown, Pittsburgh Steelers
Week 12 Stats: 5 Receptions, 91 yards, 3 Touchdowns
Facing off against a shaky Indianapolis Colt’s secondary, Antonio Brown once again led the way as big Ben’s main receiver. Brown hauled in a team-high 5 passes for 91 yards, including a touchdown in the 1st, 2nd and 4th quarter for his season-high 3 touchdowns, and his third multi-score game of the season.
Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh Steelers
Week 12 Stats: 14-of-20, 221 yards, 3 Touchdowns
After a disappointing outing against the Cleveland Browns in week 11, where he threw for 167 yards, without reaching the end zone, Ben Roethlisberger was able to turn it around against the Colts and lead his team to their second consecutive win. Roethlisberger was in control of the game where he completed 14 of his 20 throws, passing for 221 yards, along with 3 touchdowns, all to his go-to-guy Antonio Brown.
