The Buffalo Bills filled a need in Round 1 of the NFL Draft, selecting Clemson DE Shaq Lawson at the 19th overall selection. There is some concern with his shoulder, but he and the Bills say everything is “fine”. With Day 2 re-kicking off tonight at 7pm EST My Fantasy Sports Talk looks at who the Bills might be keeping their eyes on in Rounds 2 and 3. You can check our top available players at every position leading up to Day 2 here.

1. Myles Jack-LB-UCLA

Why: It’s no secret that the Buffalo Bills have a need at linebacker, and Myles Jack is a Top 5 talent that has fallen in the draft due to concerns about his knee. It is rumored that he may need microfracture surgery and has fallen off of team’s draft boards all together. Do the Bills take another risk after selecting Lawson in the 1st Round? If so, they may need to move up in order to grab him, he won’t last long in the 2nd Round.

2. Reggie Ragland-LB-Alabama

Why: As previously stated, the Buffalo Bills have a need at LB and Ragland is a throwback, hard-hitting linebacker who rarely misses a tackle. Similar to Jack, he fell in the draft due to an enlarged aorta. Depending on who you talk to, it may or may not be a big deal. Either way, he can thrive under a Rex Ryan led defense.

3. Sterling Shepard-WR-Oklahoma

Why: My No.1 WR in this year’s draft, Shepard brings everything to the field from unbelievable hands, route running and a killer work ethic. He is around on Day 2 due to his size, but can be a perfect complement opposite Sammy Watkins. He can play outside or in the slot and I see him as a better version of the Seahawks Tyler Lockett.

4. Le’Raven Clark-OT-Texas Tech

Why:¬†Clark started 51 straight games for the Red Raiders, spending his final three years at left tackle and his freshman season at right guard. All three years at left tackle, he earned All-Big 12 honors, and as a senior he was named a second-team All-American for his efforts. The Bills need depth along their offensive front and with the possibility of losing Cordy Glenn at season’s end, he can step in year two if he departs.

5. T.J. Green-S-Clemson

Why: Rex Ryan loves him some Clemson players, and Green is a solid get on Day 2. He excels in coverage and has elite speed for the safety position. He can contribute in nickel and dime packages as a rookie as well as being a force on special teams. He immediately upgrades the Buffalo Bills secondary depth.
