Houston Texans running back Arian Foster will not suit up for the Texans week three contest against the winless New York Giants.  I expect to see a lot of rookie running back Alfred Blue out of LSU.  I talked him up in the preseason, and to no ones shock Foster could not stay healthy yet again.  If you have Foster on your fantasy team, scan your waiver wire to get Blue.  Blue won’t blow anyone away with his speed (4.5 40 yard dash), but he is a tough downfield runner who will fight for the extra yard.  We know coach Bill O’Brien relies heavily on the running game, so we could see a lot out of this rookie in week three.  Foster has shown over his career he is a great back to own when healthy.  The question is, will he ever be fully healthy again?
