The Arizona Cardinals are looking to make a splash on day two of the NFL Draft. Kent Summers of the Arizona Republic reports the team will listen to offers for their 2012 first round pick, Michael Floyd. Odd timing, considering the Cardinals recently picked up Floyd’s 2016 rookie-contract option.

Floyd caught 47 receptions for 841 yards with six touchdowns last season, numbers that have obviously disappointed the front office, otherwise they would not be shopping the talented wide out. If he does get moved, it will be an increased opportunity for small school star John Brown, who burst onto the scene last season with 700 receiving yards and five scores.

What teams could be interested (although Kent Summers says no one has called)?

Minnesota Vikings

Cleveland Browns

San Diego Chargers

Baltimore Ravens

These teams all have needs, if not many more. As day two of the NFL Draft begins, trades should start flying.

Will Michael Floyd be moved? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below….
