Cavs vs Raptors Game 2 preview
Through the first five games in the playoffs Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers remain undefeated. The final score of Game 1 between the Cavs and Raptors was 116-105, but don’t be fooled. If you didn’t watch this game it wasn’t even as close like the score reads.
The big three for the Cavs showed up big. Lebron showed why he’s the most dominant player in the world with 35 points. Kyrie Irving didn’t slow down as he poured in 24 and Kevin Love scored 18 as this game was over early. The scary thing here is that when the big three for the Cavs get on a roll it almost seems impossible to stop any of these guys.
This was the matchup that the Raptors have wanted for a year. They’ve been very vocal about calling out the Cavs all season, and now it appears that they’re choking on their words. Just like last season it’s the same story early on. Kyle Lowry who’s playing with a bad back surprisingly played well here and remained aggressive. DeMar Derozan on the other hand let his team down shooting very poorly from the field, and was a step to slow on defense. Serge Ibaka had a great game defensively, but the Raptors lack scorers other than Lowry and Derozan, and this could ultimately lead them to an 0-2 hole when Game 2 is over.
Expect the same tactics to be repeated for the Cavs in Game 2. I’m not saying the Cavs will have a cake walk to the finals, but until Toronto can get it together I don’t see this series lasting very long.https://www.myfantasysportstalk.com/cavs-vs-raptors-game-2-preview/https://i0.wp.com/www.myfantasysportstalk.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/1-nRm0ybOKp5_8qOViW2rDCw.jpeg?fit=1000%2C666&ssl=1https://i0.wp.com/www.myfantasysportstalk.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/1-nRm0ybOKp5_8qOViW2rDCw.jpeg?resize=150%2C150&ssl=1BasketballBasketball RankingsCleveland CavaliersNBAToronto Raptorscavs vs raptors,Cleveland Cavaliers,NBA,Toronto RaptorsThrough the first five games in the playoffs Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers remain undefeated.
