Apparently the Philadelphia 76ers want Markell Fultz, or Lonzo Ball, bad enough to trade up in this year’s NBA Draft. Two questions arise from this confirmed trade, did the Celtics not want to disrupt the chemistry with their current All-Star PG, Isaiah Thomas, or were the 76ers that eager to acquire what they believe is the best overall talent in this years NBA Draft?

Markell Fultz is the consensus number overall pick by most NBA analysts an pundits. But could he be as good as Isaiah Thomas? The Celtics have a hard, but envious situation in front of them. Would they dare trade an All-Star PG to make room for a rookie? Especially from a team that earned the number one seed in this year’s playoffs?

It is my contention, and prediction, that was made on My Fantasy Podcast weeks ago, that Josh Jackson might be the best player in this year’s NBA Draft, and the best fit for the Boston Celtics.

Maybe the 76ers want Markell Fultz bad enough to give up future draft picks. Or maybe they want Lonzo Ball bad enough. Either way, this year’s NBA Draft just got a lot more unpredictable, and interesting.
