DC Rebirth

I’m not even going to spoil this one. If you were one of those fans who stopped reading DC because of the New 52 like I was, rest assured this will get you back into DC comics again. The reason why I’m not spoiling this in particular is because this was one genuine emotional comic. It made me cry and that is quite an achievement because no other comic has made me shed a tear. And to spoil it would just ruin the magic of this issue.

What makes It great is that it admits its past mistakes made with the New 52. It’s lack of legacy, love, and all of the things we loved about the DC superheroes. It admits everything special about them that was lost and one man (again I won’t spoil who) is desperately trying to get them to remember. Both the writing and the artwork has so much passion put into it and I guarantee that it will reflect in the upcoming books. It also sets up future for future DC events. The last thing to talk about is the surprise reveal at the end. This will most likely leave fans divided and don’t know what to think of it, I myself am unsure about it and I’ll have to wait and see how it plays out. But this much I can say with certain. I’m excited to read DC again and expect to see some DC reviews very soon.
