Matz (elbow) allowed five earned runs on five hits, including two home runs, over four innings with Triple-A Las Vegas on Tuesday, his second rehab start.

Howie Kendrick-2B-PHI

Kendrick (oblique) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Wednesday, Jim Salisbury of CSN Philadelphia reports.

Joe Blanton-P-WAS

Blanton (shoulder) was able to play catch Tuesday, Chelsea Janes of The Washington Post reports.

Jake Diekman-P-TEX

The Rangers could clear Diekman (abdomen) to do some light throwing this week, Jeff Wilson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Adrian Beltre-3B-TEX

The Rangers could send Beltre (calf) to extended spring training as soon as Friday in order to pick up at-bats in simulated games, T.R. Sullivan of MLB.com reports.

Aaron Sanchez-P-TOR

Tyson Ross-P-TEX

Ross (shoulder) threw five scoreless innings in his rehab start with Triple-A Round Rock on Tuesday. He gave up two hits and one walk and struck out five batters.
