Garrett Bradbury Scouting Report

garrett bradbury scouting report
(USA TODAY Sports)

Strengths:

  • Athleticism
  • Core strength
  • Ready hands are quick to find target in run or pass
  • Football IQ
  • Hand strength
  • Solid technique

Weaknesses:

  • Below average size
  • A little too ‘grabby’
  • More leg drive
  • Leans too much

Analysis: Bradbury is a former tight end who excels with athleticism, intelligence, core strength and technique to beat his opponents. He’s already handled and beaten NFL-type lineman (flip on the Clemson tape) and will be a starter day one as a rookie. He tends to get a little grabby which could be flagged early and often in the pros, but he does not have a clear weakness in his game. He will make his position coach very happy in the NFL.

Size: 6’3 306lbs

Draft Rank: No.1 Center

NFL Comparison: Alex Mack

Draft Projection: Round 1-2
