  • Maintains route feel and can match receiver’s steps
  • Balances eyes between receiver and quarterback from off-man and zone
  • Lengthy strider

Weaknesses:

  • More muscle needed on frame
  • Play strength
  • Needs to eliminate grabbing and clutching from trail
  • Not competitive enough getting off blocks
  • Below-average tackler with inconsistent strike and wrap technique
  • Ball tracking is average

Analysis: Defensive back University (LSU) has yet another name to add to their impressive list. Greedy Williams is a long, athletic corner who has the potential to be a shit down CB1 at the next level.¬†Williams has the instincts and tools to play a variety of coverages, but his length and pattern-matching talent will likely get him drafted to handle press-man duties. He does have weaknesses in his game–he fails to get off of blocks and is sometimes non-existent in run support. His tackling technique leaves a lot to be desired. His natural ability is enough to get him drafted in the first round, but as long as he puts in the work–he can be an All-Pro.
