Injury Report: Brock Lesnar vs. Daniel Bryan
Survivor Series is this Sunday and what better way to lead into the weekend by switching it all around. Last nights Smackdown Live we had a new heavyweight champion crowned. Yeah that’s right, a belt to switch hands on a regularly broadcasted show. the show led off with AJ Styles calling out Daniel Bryan which resulted in a Main Event. Which of your home keeping track: that was AJ Styles first Main Event In WWE history. (Even though he held the title for roughly 360 days) With that match being the main event everyone was sure Styles would retain because of a RAW retaliation. As we all know that was not the case Daniel Bryan gets a tainted win but a win nonetheless.
Now that we are on the same page, Survivor Series match was changed to the Universal champion Brock Lesnar vs the new WWE champion Daniel Bryan. As this match came to fruition the WWE Universe couldn’t help but drop their feelings on the keyboard. Tweets and Facebook posts stating: RIP Daniel Bryan, Welp there goes his neck, and Brock is going to injure Daniel Bryan. Well I’m here to tell you that Brock Lesnar has proven himself as one of the top safest performers. This is the part of the blog where you start yelling at your phone like Dan-Gogh you obviously haven’t seen what Brock does to people in the ring! Well you’re wrong I do watch and even went back to find anything and came up empty handed. “But Dan-Gogh what about the people he busts open.” Everything Lesnar has done has been all apart of the show. He needs to maintain his image which is “Beast Incarnate” and kudos to the other athletes for giving him the green light to make it happen.
So NO Daniel Bryan does not get hurt in this match. Brock Lesnar does his job and destroys Daniel Bryan but it will be all for the sake of the show. So please ladies and gentlemen let’s stop it. Vince McMahon has played you into believing that Brock is reckless. But it’s very much just part of the product. So enjoy Survivor Series and pick Brock Lesnar to win the match.
