LeBron James is averaging 36 points per game, 12 rebounds and 9 assists in this years NBA Finals. Quick math tells me he is averaging extremely close to a triple double. His team is now down 3-2 heading into Game 6 tonight in Cleveland. He is putting up record numbers for an NBA Finals despite having most likely the least talented team to ever play in the NBA Finals. Golden State has a chance to close the series out tonight on LeBron’s floor. ESPN’s Chris Broussard conducted a poll of 52 NBA executives and coaches asking them if they thought LeBron James should be the Finals MVP even if the Cavs lose tonight’s Game 6. Out of the 52 executives and coaches polled, 33 of them said yes, LeBron James is the Finals MVP even if Cleveland loses in six games.
