UPDATED:

The first huge blockbuster of the 2017 movie season is almost among us. Logan, which debuts in theaters on March 3rd, has finally given us the official runtime for the film. The film will clock in at 135 minutes or 2 hours and 15 minutes. That is just enough time for us to all sit back and soak in what is to be Hugh Jackman’s final time as  Logan/Wolverine.  The film also has been officially rated R and thus will allow for us to see Wolverine in all his glory.  The new synopsis of the film is below and it gives us even more insight as to what this film will be about.

In the near future, a weary Logan cares for an ailing Professor X in a hide out on the Mexican border. But Logan’s attempts to hide from the world and his legacy are up-ended when a young mutant arrives, being pursued by dark forces.

The film looks to be the darkest and more gritty of the franchise but from the trailers alone the film looks to be one of the best films of the year. I think its going to be a fitting end for Hugh and this will be a huge film for FOX and director James Mangold.

Please comment below and let us know what you think of the official runtime and the very detailed synopsis for the final entry into the Wolverine saga. As always continue to follow MFST for all of your Marvel and DC news.
