Malcolm Brogdon
(USA TODAY Sports)

Malcolm Brogdon has been out since March 17 due to plantar fasciitis in his right foot. He is very close to returning, but it will not be in Game 3 against the Celtics.

With the series tied at one-game a piece, the Bucks could use the former Rookie of the Year in the lineup. In 64 regular-season starts, he averaged 15.6 points per game on 50.5 percent shooting from the field and 42.6 percent from three. He missed the final 13 games of the regular season.

Coach Mike Budenholzer had said earlier that a determination on Game 3 would be made following Thursday’s workout–obviously he is not exactly where he needs to be despite his teammates saying he ‘looked great’.

Milwaukee’s CBS 58 News’ Scott Grodsky expects to see Brodgon at some point this weekend.
