The NBA season is finally here!

The season kicks off with two games which feature some of the best talent the league currently has to offer.

The Cavaliers host the Boston Celtics in one of the more intriguing situations on the season.

Then the Warriors host the Houston Rockets in a possible Western Conference Finals matchup.

How will these games play out? Let’s take a look!

Celtics @ Cavaliers 7:00 CT

Kyrie returns to the place he had called home for his entire career.

He returns to find LeBron with a “new” best friend in Dwyane Wade.

Both the Celtics and the Cavaliers are much different than last year.

The Cavaliers have new point guards in Isaiah Thomas and Derrick Rose. They added Jae Crowder and Dwyane Wade. Thomas will not be ready to play until possibly January. LeBron is also questionable for this game against the Celtics which causes a sense of uncertainty.

The Celtics, on the other hand, are prepared with their new stars Kyrie Irving and Gordon Hayward. Many believe that they gave up too much in the Kyrie trade and possibly hurt themselves more than helped.

With the questions around LeBron it is hard to say how this game will go, however, it is hard to go against the Cavaliers at home.

Prediction: Cavaliers 109- Celtics 102

Rockets @ Warriors 9:30 PM CT

The Rockets made a splash with the addition of Chris Paul in a trade with the Clippers. They now have arguably the second best guard combo in the NBA.

The Warriors managed to keep their roster essentially intact with a few additions.

It is hard to imagine that the chemistry between the Rockets has developed to the point that they are ready to bring down the high power offense that is the Warriors.

Prediction: Warriors 119- Rockets 103

Stay tuned all season for game predictions and let us know what you think will happen!
