1. Adrian Peterson vs. NE

– The Patriots run defense was horrendous last week against the Dolphins.  Bill Belichick better shore up his defense or Peterson could have a field day.

2. Matt Forte vs. SF

– Forte is a large part of the Bears game plan every week.  The 49ers defense is questionable at best with the wrath of injuries and suspensions that have occurred.

3. Arian Foster vs. OAK

– Bill O’Brien’s offensive system is very run oriented consistently giving Foster touches.  Houston is going up against a poor run defense in Oakland, that allowed 202 rushing yards against the Jets.

4. LeSean McCoy vs. IND

-McCoy was held in check for most of the game against the Jaguars, and Darren Sproles could continue to cut into McCoy’s touches.

5. Jamal Charles vs. DEN

– Andy Reid has said it was unacceptable to not utilize Charles enough in the game plan.  Look for Charles to get those touches in week two, but the Broncos defense looked stout against the run in their first game allowing just 54 yards.

6. DeMarco Murray vs. TEN

-Murray was the lone bright spot in the Cowboys offense in week one.  Look for Murray to be the focal point of the offense once again this week in Tennessee.

7. Marshawn Lynch vs. SD

– Lynch looked very solid in his week one contest against the Packers.  If he can remain healthy his production should continue, and prove me wrong.

8. Giovanni Bernard vs. ATL

– Bernard didn’t have a great day on the ground, but he is a consistent focal point in the Bengals passing game and is a must start in all formats.

9. Eddie Lacy vs. NYJ

– Lacy’s history with concussions scare me (suffered another one in Thursday’s game), but he has passed the first step of the NFL Concussion Protocol Policy and is on track to play this week.

10. Montee Ball vs. KC

– The Broncos were very balanced in their win over the Colts rushing 32 times, 23 of those going to Ball.  Ball is a centralized piece to the Broncos game plan going forward.

11. LeVeon Bell vs. BAL

– Bell had a monster week one, now he has to show us consistency he lacked in 2013.

12. Knowshon Moreno vs. BUF

I’m on the Moreno band wagon after doubting him earlier in the summer.  Look for Moreno to run wild in Buffalo.

13. Shane Vereen vs. MIN

– Vereen is the most dangerous offensive weapon the Patriots have, and I expect him to be used heavily against the Vikings stout defense.

14. Alfred Morris vs. JAX

– Morris averaged over six yards per carry in week one, now if he can receive more than 14 touches his value will increase.

15. Frank Gore vs. CHI

– Chicago’s run defense hasn’t improved that much from their disastrous 2013, Gore could have a productive day in the 49ers backfield against them.  Watch out for Carlos Hyde stealing Gore’s touches though.

16. Chris Johnson vs. GB

– Johnson was looking like his CJ2K self in week one.  If the Packers defense played like they did against the Seahawks we could see Johnson have a top ten fantasy performance.

17. CJ Spiller vs. MIA

– With contract extension negotiations in talks, Spiller could be the focal point of the Bills offense for years to come, but right now Fred Jackson is cutting into Spiller’s value.

18. Andre Ellington vs. NYG

– I liked what I saw out of Ellington Monday night, he played more than I thought he would with his foot injury and looked productive doing so.  If he can remain healthy and not have any lingering effects Ellington’s play could jet him into the top ten.

19. Toby Gearhart vs. WAS

– Gearhart was a non factor for most of the game against the Eagles.  If the Jaguars want to be successful running the ball, they better get Gearhart going.

20. Zac Stacy vs. TB

– Stacy and all St. Louis running back’s fantasy value took a hit with the Bradford injury.  Defenses are stacking the box against the run, making the Rams beat them through the air.  Until the Rams quarterback play improves Stacy’s value will decrease.

21. Mark Ingram vs. CLE

If you can’t tell I’m on the Ingram band wagon right now.

22. Terrance West vs. NO

– I was beginning to think I over valued West coming into the season, but just as I thought Ben Tate got hurt as usual and West shined in his rookie debut, reaching the century mark in rushing yards.  Fellow rookie Isaiah Crowell scored two touchdowns to West’s none, but West will be the primary back going forward if Tate remains injured.

23. Rashad Jennings vs. ARZ

– Jennings was one of the few positives on offense in the Giants week one loss to Detroit.  He will need Eli Manning to play better in order for defenses to not game plan for him.

24. Pierre Thomas vs. CLE

– Thomas is not a huge factor in the Saints running game, however he is utilized often in the Saints passing game.  In PPR formats Thomas is a solid play.

25. Ryan Mathews

– Mathews was the most consistent performer in the Chargers backfield week one.  No one is doubting Mathews’ abilities, just the fact that there is only one ball to go around.  His touches are limited.

26. Joique Bell vs. CAR

27. Doug Martin vs. STL

28. Reggie Bush vs. CAR

29. Justin Forsett vs. PIT

30. Stevan Ridley vs. MIN

31. Fred Jackson vs. MIA

32. Steven Jackson vs. CIN

33. Carlos Hyde vs. CHI

34. Darren Sproles vs. IND

35. Shonn Greene vs. DAL

36. DeAngelo Williams vs. DET

37. Trent Richardson vs. PHI

38. Lamar Miller vs. MIA

39. Bernard Pierce vs. PIT

40. Dexter McCluster vs. DAL

41. Maurice Jones-Drew vs. HOU

42. Benny Cunningham vs. TB

43. Chris Ivory vs. GB

44. Ahmad Bradshaw vs. PHI

45. Jeremy Hill vs. ATL

46. Jonathan Dwyer vs. NYG

47. LeGarrette Blount vs. BAL

48. Jonathan Stewart vs. DET

49. Danny Woodhead vs. SEA

50. Isaiah Crowell vs. NO/ Devonta Freeman vs. CIN
