NFL Week 8 odds, picks and predictions
Happy Halloween weekend! We are just about to reach the halfway point of the season and what a wild and interesting seven weeks its been to this point. Some of the match ups this weekend bring to mind thoughts and opinions many people shared before the season even began:
Detroit @ Kansas City (in London)(-3.5)
This game was supposed to be a battle of potential title contenders. Instead, both teams at this point combine for only one home win and three wins total in 14 games.
Seattle (-5) @ Dallas
Most talk was of a possible NFC Championship meeting between these two teams. But a struggling Seahawks team that may not even be the best team in its own division travel into Texas to face a wounded Cowboys squad where both teams are desperate for wins.
Green Bay (-3) @ Denver
I can think of four people off the top of my head that think this will be the Super Bowl match up come February. Both teams are 6-0 and I don’t think that shocks anyone. But the ‘how’ Denver has done it (Peyton Manning and the offensive struggles) and the ‘how’ Green Bay has done it (no Jordy Nelson and pedestrian numbers from Eddie Lacy) is the shocker.
Im going with the favorites on these games. I also think that all three games will score UNDER.
Parlay Pick of the Week
Cincinnati (E) @ Pittsburgh , New Orleans (-3) vs NYG , Tennessee/ Houston (43.5) UNDER
