Former Jets wide receiver Percy Harvin has signed a one-year deal, according to Adam Schefter. He is now rejoining his former coach, Rex Ryan, whom he played eight games for last season after being traded from the Seattle Seahawks. The contract details have yet to be announced, but should be within the next couple of hours.

With the addition of Harvin, the Bills have added a multi-faceted threat that has the ability to torch teams in offensive sets, along with special teams. In his eight games with the Jets last year, he had 29 receptions for 350 yards and a touchdown to go with 22 carries for 110 yards.

In his career, Harvin has proven that he can make any defense look bad. There have been questions about his cancerous nature in the locker room, which may or may not be a factor in this being his fourth team in his career.

Assuming his hip is 100%, Harvin brings a much-needed threat to the Buffalo Bills, and it also prevents the New England Patriots from signing him. The only question left to answer is this: Can Matt Cassel or E.J. Manuel get Harvin the ball to make teams pay, or will it be a fizzled threat?
