Raiola is right, Zlatan has really “killed everybody who had doubts”
Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s agent, Mino Raiola has claimed that Zlatan’s form for Manchester United has “killed” everyone that doubted him.
When Manchester United completed the signing of the Swede from Paris Saint-Germain this summer on a free transfer, many thought he’d find it really hard to cope with the style of play in the premier league. The premier league is arguably the most competitive league in the world of football, and is often full of surprises; lots of players who were successful in other leagues always find it difficult to cope with the nature of the Premier league.
When Zlatan announced that his next club would be Manchester United, many expected him to struggle in the Premier league. Some said he was too old and couldn’t match the pace of English football, others labelled the French league an “easy” league and cannot compare with the competitive nature of the Premier league.
Zlatan officially began his journey at Manchester United when they played current league Champions Leicester City in the Community Shield, he scored the winning goal that ensured that his team begins the season with a flying start. He started his Premier league campaign very well, scored 4 goals in 4 games, after which he went 6 Premier league games without finding the net (although he scored in the Europa league during this time). Amidst the frustration were some impatient fans who were calling for Jose Mourinho to drop Zlatan:
Should we be worried that Jose appears reluctant to sub or drop Zlatan, even when he isn't giving much / missing chances? #MUFC

Europa league next looking forward to seeing RvP return at OT and also I think it's time for Ibra to be dropped upfront for Rashford. #MUFC

Play Martial, Carrick, Mkhitaryan and Shaw against Chelsea. Drop Zlatan. And we will win

I wonder what will happen before Mourinho decides to drop Zlatan for a game or two. The dude is 35 and can't give you 90mins in every game

Would drop Zlatan for the next match and try Rashford up front with Mkhi, Mata and Martial behind him. #MUFC

Mourinho kept on using him and hoped for a turnaround. Zlatan ended his Premier league goal drought with a brace against Swansea City, and continued till their last game against West Brom.
The fans are now cheering and supporting him, and even calling out people who doubted him.
Zlatan has scored 11 Premier league goals, which is the total number of goals Anthony Martial managed to score in last season’s Premier league campaign. Zlatan currently has 16 goals in all competitions in his name and is definitely proving doubters wrong.
Those that doubted him are either silent or cheering his fine form, and that’s why super-agent Mino Raiola suggested that Zlatan Ibrahimovic has killed everybody who had doubts.
