The Seattle Seahawks have added another ex-Buffalo Bill running back, this time in the form of Bryce Brown. Seattle traded for Marshawn Lynch four games into the 2010 season, and made another deal earlier this season, snagging Fred Jackson from Western New York.

Brown, 24, has shown promise in the past but has not been able to stick with one team. The Bills traded a fourth round pick to the Eagles for Brown before the start of last season, but he did not make the team past Training Camp this year.

With rookie Thomas Rawls dealing with a calf injury, Brown was brought in for insurance in case Lynch or Jackson are unable to go for any reason. If Brown does well, it will be another kick in the stomach to Bills fans who have watched Lynch become one of the NFL’s best back’s over the last five years, once he left Buffalo.
