A Facebook post from Rakeem Cato Saturday evening revealed something that all of Herd Nation has wanted to see for a while now.

Tommy Shuler, long-time best friend and slot receiver for Cato, has signed with the Montreal Alouettes.

Ever since the end of their own little dynasty at Marshall, Cato and Shuler have been separated. Cato has been doing his own thing in the CFL. He has gone 139 of 201 for 1,850 yards and 8 TD’s in his first games as an Alouette. Shuler, on the other hand, has been searching and searching for an opportunity to play at the next level. His opportunity has finally come, and who better to share it with than his long time friend? Seriously, though. At Marshall, Shuler had 322 receptions for 3,563 yards and 25 touchdowns. That was well into the top 10 all time at Marshall, the same place that sent the great Randy Moss and Troy Brown into the NFL.

Time will tell how much time Tommy will get in the game, but you know where Cato will be looking probably every time he drops back.
