The Houston Texans, one season after giving Brock Osweiler a four-year/$72 million contract, have traded him to the Cleveland Browns.Brock Osweiler

The Browns send a 2017 fourth-round pick to Texans.

In return, they receive Brock Osweiler, a 2018 second-round pick, and a 2017 sixth-round pick.

Osweiler figures to be the starter for Cleveland this season, who seem to be in constant rebuild mode. He will be paired up with new receiver Kenny Britt, who also is now in Cleveland.

Meanwhile, this looks to open up the Texans to potentially chase Tony Romo for their quarterback spot. Romo would give them a proven quarterback that could make more use of star receiver DeAndre Hopkins.
