The College Football Playoff Is Set
One of the most exciting times of the year is here!
The College Football Playoff committee has set the field for the Playoffs.
The teams are ranked like this:
- Notre Dame
Alabama and Oklahoma will play each other in the Orange Bowl. This has the potential to be a high-scoring affair as both offenses are ranked in the top four. The key to this game will actually be which defense is able to make stops when it matters.
Oklahoma has been in a lot of shootouts, as they have six wins of 10 or fewer points.
Alabama, on the other hand, has only had one victory by less than 10 points. That was their seven-point, come from behind win over Georgia on Saturday.
The other matchup will feature Clemson and Notre Dame in the Cotton Bowl. This game is an intriguing matchup, in the fact that Notre Dame is the only one of the four teams without at least 70 offensive touchdowns. Clemson also has the experience of having been here before.
Both of these games are slated for December 29th.
Stay tuned for more in-depth previews of each game as the games get closer.
