Disney’s new live action interpretation of the classic story The Jungle Book has earned $32.4 million on its opening day.  This puts the movie on track for a $90 million opening weekend. With the fast-rising numbers the movie is on track for a #3 on the list of all-time opening weekend totals in April.

The movie currently has a 95% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Personally, I haven’t seen it yet but have only heard great things from it. See it in cinemas now.
