Main Card (on Pay-Per-View):
Daniel-Cormier_241888_FighterProfile_30Daniel Cormier (c)(17-1) vs. Jon Jones (ic)(22-1)†††Jon-Jones_945_FighterProfile_30

Michael:  Cormier

I know this sounds crazy but I think Cormier is going to come to this fight more prepared and determined than ever. He had a healthy Cain Velasquez and Luke Rockhold to help him train. Jones looked very iffy against a last second OSP, not a good sign, and Cormier won’t let Jones get away with a poor gas tank and sloppy timing.

Brandon: Jones

Jones fought Ovince Saint Preux and Jones didn’t look that good shockingly. It was Jones’s first fight in over a year so that could be why it didn’t look that good. The last fight between these two was great as it went all five rounds and Jones won by decision. Cormier is going to want to prove everyone that he is better than Jones and that the last fight was a fluke. Jones is wanting to win to show that he is the better fighter again and he is back to dominate the light heavyweight division with another championship.

Thomas: Jones

Take you’re pick age, reach, wrestling, striking, and the fact that he beat him already. Jones has the upper hand in every aspect of this fight . Although this is the main event and a fight I have been looking forward to for a long time I only see it ending with Jon Jones getting his hand raised.

Orlando: Jones

Not much to argue here. Cormier is superior with his take-downs, and wrestling which has defined his successful MMA career. Jones technically never lost his title after being stripped, and beat Cormier in their first bout. Jon Jones uses his length and size here to take back his belt by TKO in the 4th.
