UFC Fight Night: Mexico City Predictions
-Rafael Dos Anjos vs Tony Ferguson
Winner of this fight should be at the front of the line for a title fight. Dos Anjos lost against Eddie Alvarez but showed that you need to hit him with a freight train in order to knock him out. Ferguson is tough as nails but he does leave himself open to a lot of damage. Both fighters like to keep up the pressure, so this one should be non-stop action. I see Ferguson hitting Dos Anjos with a wild shot, then taking down the former champ, following that with some vicious elbows and submitting Dos Anjos with a darce choke.
Winner: Ferguson via Submission in the 3rd
-Diego Sanchez vs Marcin Held
Held is coming off of a loss fighting for the Bellator lightweight title, so don’t mistake him for some rookie making his debut. Sanchez is a UFC vet with a wild and reckless fighting style, that aims to test the UFC newcomer’s skill level. Sanchez no longer has the speed or chin that used to make him a vicious threat.
Winner: Held via Unanimous Decision
-Ricardo Lamas vs Charles Oliveira
Lamas is fighting in front of a huge home crowd in Mexico City, but I think that works against him. He’ll get too antsy and leave himself open to Oliveira’s great footwork, eventually finding himself on the receiving end of his first submission loss.
Winner: Oliveira via Submission in the 2nd
-Beneil Dariush vs Rashid Magomedov
Dariush is a powerful wrestler, who likes to neutralize his opponents on the ground. Unfortunately for him Magomedov has amazing take-down defense and even better stand up. He boasts an average of 6 significant strikes a minute on over 50% accuracy. Magomedov will tee off on Dariush.
Winner: Magomedov via TKO in the 2nd
-Alexa Grass vs Heather-Jo Clark
Alexa Grass is making her debut. If she can handle the nerves of fighting in the octagon for the first time, as well as the home crowd she should be able to put on a performance against the easily hittable Heather-Jo Clark.https://www.myfantasysportstalk.com/ufc-fight-night-mexico-city-predictions/https://i0.wp.com/www.myfantasysportstalk.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/daf.jpg?fit=1024%2C1024&ssl=1https://i0.wp.com/www.myfantasysportstalk.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/daf.jpg?resize=150%2C150&ssl=1AnalysisCombat SportsMMARecent PostsRafael dos Anjos,Tony Ferguson,UFC,ufc fight night-Rafael Dos Anjos vs Tony Ferguson Winner of this fight should be at the front of the line for a title fight.
