UPDATE: Sterling Shepard injury not considered season-ending
Earlier today I brought out a breaking story that involved Sterling Shepard and a potential season-ending leg injury he sustained at practice today. Talking with an eye-witness who was at practice called the injury “gruesome” but reports are coming out saying the injury is not as bad as it looked. a severely “rolled ankle” is thought to be the diagnosis before further tests are run.
This is great news for Shepard and the Giants as a whole. Shepard will be the teams starting slot receiver as long as he’s healthy—and after a scare this morning it looks like that could be the case.
Stay tuned to MFST as we will bring out any details we hear on the Shepard injury.
