Week 6 TNF Picks [Eagles at Giants]
Standings after Week 5
Brandon Reid: 47-29-2
Orlando Torres: 42-34-2
Dan Schalk: 39-37-2
Orlando came storming back to move into second place with a 9-5 week. Dan gets bumped to last place and is barely .500 on the year. Yikes! Here are the guys Thursday night picks…
Week 6 TNF Picks
Eagles at Giants
Dan Schalk: Philadelphia Eagles. C’mon now, all this chatter about losing Jay Ajayi means nothing. He wasn’t helping them win ball games this year. Carson Wentz will put the offense on his back and pull out a victory.
Brandon Reid: Philadelphia Eagles. These two teams are disappointing for different reason. Philadelphia was supposed to bounce right back into Super Bowl contention this year, especially after bolstering that Super Bowl defense from a year ago by adding Michael Bennett and Haloti Ngata. The Giants were just suppose to not be a lottery team again. We’re a month into the season and I’m not sure Philadelphia looks ready for a repeat, and I’m not sure the Giants will have more wins than the Cleveland Browns at seasons end.
Orlando Torres: New York Giants. Although this is a messy division, this should be a fun game to watch. Besides both teams fighting with each other on the field, and in the locker room, they’ve always hated each other and that alone makes for some entertaining football. I’ve got Eli leading his Giants to victory here.
