ChickenDinnerThis week we will be reviewing a type of DFS app we haven’t touched on yet, a sports book.

Introducing, ChickenDinner!

Founded in San Francisco, California, ChickenDinner is a fantasy sports book that replicates the real thing and still gives you the chance to real money. Since it is at zero cost to players, it is legal for everyone over 18, anywhere in the US. ChickenDinner is identical to other sports book sites because it gives you the option to bet on any game worldwide and provides up to date odds just like you would see in Las Vegas.

Every day that you sign into the app you get 500 coins. These coins are your bankroll to bet with.  The more coins you win, the higher you get on the weekly leaderboard. Every Sunday the top 40 players with the highest bankroll win real cash.

To place an entry you select which sport you would like to bet your coins on. ChickenDinner offers betting on the NBA, NFL, NCAA, MLB, PGA, NHL, Tennis, and all of the popular soccer leagues worldwide. Once you have selected your sport you then have to select a matchup. Within this matchup you can bet your coins on the money line, point spread, and the over/under. Within some matchups you are also able to bet your coins on 1st half and 2nd half props. Once you have decided which bet to place, you can then choose to pick more props or simply submit your picks. After submitting all of your choices you will then make it to the betting screen. On this screen you can choose to bet your coins on a single game or can choose to parley many games together. Each day ChickenDinner has different betting limits. On certain days you can only do straight bets. On other days you can bet on up to 16 teams.

An interesting feature on ChickenDinner is a tool called a HEAT index. HEAT stands for Handicapping Efficiency Analysis Tracker. Depending on how well or poorly you play all week, your HEAT index will rise or fall. This tool is used to show how good you are. In some cases your HEAT index will also be used for determining promotional event qualifications and even an invitation to the World Series of Betting.

At the end of each week the payouts are as follows: 1st – $150, 2nd -$100, 3rd – $50, 4th-10th – $20, and 11th-40th – $10. Once you win you will be contacted via email to assist you with cashing out. Their cashing out options are by check or via PayPal. As an extra bonus you may invite your friends using email or SMS message and invite them to a private league. Within this private league you may customize the duration, start date, daily bankroll, and other detailed info about your custom league which makes for a nice way to compete against your friends.
