When drafting a quarterback in any fantasy football league, there are varying factors you will need to look at in order to find the greatest value, or ‘bang for your buck’. One area that does not get a lot of press or hype is the upcoming schedule for each quarterback. Yes, Aaron Rodgers and Andrew Luck will be drafted higher purely based on skill, but a player like Ben Roethlisberger who is being drafted inside the top ten or even top five of all quarterbacks has the toughest SOS for all quarterbacks entering 2015. When ranking the quarterback’s, SOS rankings are based on fantasy points allowed by each of a team’s opponents last season in standard leagues. This is not the sole reason why you should select any quarterback, but if you are stuck between drafting Ben Roethlisberger or Matt Ryan, the Falcons QB will have an easier task each week to rack up the points. Rank #1=Easiest Schedule.
